Day 1: In the footsteps of Mozart – Arrival to Salzburg

Arrival and check-in at the hotel. After check-in your musical tour begins. You will visit Mozart’s memorials in the city of Salzburg and Mozart’s birthplace. You will get to the castle Hohensalzburg by the castle funicular. Here you will be able to admire the view over the old city. The highlight of the day is the Mozart concert with a four-course dinner in the 900 years old historical castle.

Day 2: Linz – Melk – Vienne

Today we will travel to Vienna trough Linz and the town of Melk. In Linz we will visit the St. Florian Monastery with its unique Brucknerorgan. In Melk you will visit the Melk Abbey.  Melk Abbey is one of the biggest and most beautiful European Baroque ensembles. Its splendid architecture is famous worldwide and is also a part of UNESCO’s world cultural heritage. During a guided tour through the Benedikterstift Admont Abbey you will learn mote about the architecture the history of the region.
After that we will continue our trip to Vienna. In your fist evening in Vienna it is highly recommended to visit a concert at the Schönbrunn Palace.

Day 3: Vienna

The day starts with breakfast at the hotel and the city tour through Vienna.  The tour guide will lead you into a world of music and beauty. You will learn about the years of the Mozart’s musical career. You will have a chance to visit the Mozart’s apartment in Vienna. Mozart and his family lived there from 1784 to 1787, during these years he was writing the world-famous opera “Le Nozze di Figaro” and three of the six Haydn Quartets. It is the largest, most elegant and expensive apartment ever occupied by Mozart and the only one that is still intact today.
In the evening you can have a meal at the traditional restaurant in Vienna.

Day 4: Brno – Prag

In the morning begins your trip Prague. On your way you will have a chance to see the secret capital city of Europe, Brno. Mozart spent there the most successful years of his life.
Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy the concert at the villa Bertramka.

Day 5: Lake District of Mecklenburg

Today, take a close-up look at the Golden City of Prague. The Prague Castle district, the famous Charles Bridge, St. Vitus Cathedral, the astronomical clock and many other sites are waiting for you to show their charming beauty. For sure you will learn a lot of interesting facts about Mozart’s life and work in Prague.
Numerous shops, cafes and restaurants will make your travel program even more pleasant.

Day 6: Journey home

Today it’s time to say good-bye to the Mozart’s cities in Europe and the tour “In the footsteps of Mozart” or book the further travel programme.
